What is stored
seo-lisa-cookie-choice: remembers that you have read the cookie notice. It remains until you clear site storage.
lisa_sid: a session identifier, used only for referral visits and stored as a session cookie and in sessionStorage.
lisa_referral_v1: the first valid referral code and its expiry in localStorage. It is active for up to 30 days. A later referral does not replace a valid first referral. Expired entries are removed on the next page visit.
lisa_audit_seen: a sessionStorage flag that avoids repeatedly opening the audit form in the same session. No advertising or analytics trackers are connected in this version.
Your controls
You can delete or block cookies and site storage in your browser. The footer’s cookie settings button reopens the explanation. Deleting storage may stop automatic recognition of a recommendation; follow the referral link again to restore it. This does not delete an enquiry already submitted.
