My consent

By checking the separate box and submitting the form, I freely consent to processing for registration in the partner programme, issuing and retrieving the referral link, accounting for recommendations and communicating about participation and rewards.

Data covered by this consent

The data covered is: email, referral code/link, registration date and evidence of consent.

Technical submission data may include IP address and browser information. I consent to collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access by authorised processors, blocking, deletion and destruction, with or without automation.

The referral system uses n8n; enquiries are sent to the operator through a Telegram bot. The scope of access is limited to the stated purposes. This is not consent to advertising, public disclosure or sharing my contact details with a referring partner.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent takes effect when I submit the form and lasts until its purposes are fulfilled or I withdraw it, whichever occurs first.

Data is retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver the requested audit, administer participation and related obligations, or meet an applicable legal retention requirement. On completion of the purpose or loss of a lawful basis, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised as required by law.

You can withdraw consent, request access to your data, or ask for correction, blocking or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Identify the contact used in the form and the enquiry concerned. We may request proportionate evidence that the data belongs to you. Processing based on consent stops as required by law; processing under a separate lawful basis may continue within that basis. You may contact the competent supervisory authority or a court.
