Privacy policy
Updated 15 October 2026 · seo-lisa-2026-10-15
Controller and scope
The data controller is self-employed Koltun N. A., taxpayer ID (INN) 263217758462, operating as SEO.LISA®. Contact for personal data enquiries: [email protected].
This policy applies to visitors, people submitting enquiries and participants in the SEO.LISA® referral programme. Processing is governed by applicable personal data law, including Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Data and purposes
Enquiries: name, contact details, website, optional project description, page, language, consent and submission time. We use these to respond, discuss work and deliver the requested audit.
Partners: email, referral code and link, registration and consent details. These support registration, retrieval of the link, referral accounting and communication about participation and rewards.
Referral visits: partner code, session and visit identifiers, IP address, browser/device information, landing page and time. These connect the enquiry and bonus to the recommendation and prevent accounting errors. An IP address alone does not identify a client.
Why and how we process personal data
Forms require a separate, initially unchecked consent box. Consent concerns only the purpose of the submitted form. Opening a form does not give consent. Other grounds may apply to a contract requested by the user or to legal obligations.
Processing may be automated or manual and include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, restricted access, blocking and deletion.
Services and access
The operator uses its n8n referral system to register partners and account for referrals. Enquiries are delivered to the operator through a Telegram bot. Hosting and communication providers may process the information necessary for their functions. Referral partners do not automatically receive a client’s contact details.
This consent does not authorise advertising mailings, publication of personal data or unrelated use. Any use of foreign infrastructure requires compliance with applicable localisation and cross-border transfer requirements; submitting a form does not replace those requirements.
Browser storage
The site stores the cookie notice preference and, for referral visits, a session identifier and the first valid recommendation for up to 30 days. No advertising or analytics trackers are connected in this version.
Retention and protection
Data is retained only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver the requested audit, administer participation and related obligations, or meet an applicable legal retention requirement. On completion of the purpose or loss of a lawful basis, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised as required by law.
Access to enquiries and referral records is limited to the operator and authorised people involved in handling them. Technical credentials stay on the server and are not included in browser scripts. Do not submit passport details, payment credentials, health information or unnecessary third-party data.
Your rights and withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent, request access to your data, or ask for correction, blocking or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Identify the contact used in the form and the enquiry concerned. We may request proportionate evidence that the data belongs to you. Processing based on consent stops as required by law; processing under a separate lawful basis may continue within that basis. You may contact the competent supervisory authority or a court.
Current version
The current policy is published on this page. Changes do not automatically expand previously provided consent.
